(Thursday 2/7/8 but posted later) On Thursdays Jeff has class until 7:30 PM, so dinner is much less formal. This week we had grilled cheese (extra sharp cheddar with red onion slices) and pickled green beans. The red blob is ketchup.

Do you dip grilled cheese in ketchup?
Yep, if it is grilled cheddar or mozzarella I do dip it in ketchup. Complete throwback to the taste of a 5-year old!
We had grilled cheese the other night and as I dipped in tomato soup, I realized that ketchup isn't really so different...
