Using tomatoes

We tend to eat Elizabeth Street bruschetta a lot this time of year. Tomatoes chopped with raw garlic and basil on rustic bread with mozzarella and toasted. Sometimes I mix varieties, other times we segregate.

Here are 2 examples. The red is a mix of Amish Paste and Camp Joy Cherry, and the yellow one is Mr. Stripey. Yum.

I think I know what's for lunch tomorrow. Yum!

What that needs is some thinly sliced grilled steak, if you ask me.
