Friday: home from work, picked the garden, roasted some tomatoes with rosemary to go with our leftover salmon fritatta, sliced up tomatoes for the dehydrator, chopped tomatoes and onions for salsa.
Saturday: chopped the peppers and made salsa, processed 16 pints of salsa and 2 of cucumbers. Picked the garden and made bacon and tomato (Mr. Stripey and Green Zebra) sandwiches for dinner along with some 'Southwestern Caviar' (jar of salsa+black beans+corn+chopped fresh tomatoes - Stupice).
Sunday - Not sure yet!
